• Lebanon — 2 to 4 business days
• GCC (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman) — 3 to 7 business days

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves us.

Returns & exchanges

If the watch isn't right, you have 14 days from delivery to return or exchange it — unworn, with the original box and packaging. Write to us through the contact page and we'll arrange it.

Because every watch is one of a kind, an exchange will never be identical — it will be its own grain, its own pattern. We think that's a feature.
