Every PHANTOME watch is handcrafted from real wood; grain pattern and tone vary from piece to piece — this natural variation is a feature of the product, not a defect. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product was listed with an incorrect price or description; in that case you will be refunded in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Payment is collected at checkout, or on delivery where Cash on Delivery is offered.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Intellectual property

All content on this site — the PHANTOME name, logo, photography and text — belongs to PHANTOME and may not be reproduced without permission.
