We want the watch on your wrist to feel right.

Returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. The watch must be unworn and in its original PHANTOME wooden box and packaging. Write to us through the contact page and we will arrange pickup or drop-off instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch, we will confirm your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or Whish/OMT, whichever you prefer.

Exchanges

Because every PHANTOME case is cut from real wood, no two watches are identical. An exchange of the same model will carry its own one-of-a-kind grain pattern.

Warranty

Every watch carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are handled as repairs or replacements and do not require the original packaging.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
